NXS Tech is currently supporting a well-funded, product-focused business in the UAE that is scaling its digital platforms and investing heavily in user experience.
They are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can think strategically, design beautifully, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship meaningful digital experiences.
This is not a make it look nice role - it's a product-impact role.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end UX/UI design across web and mobile products
- Running user research, journey mapping & usability testing
- Creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
- Building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering & Growth teams
- Using analytics and user data to continuously improve experiences
- Contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions
What They're Looking For:
- 36+ years in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking + polished UI execution
- Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, design systems)
- Experience working in agile, fast-moving product environments
- Understanding of accessibility & responsive design principles
- Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or digital platforms preferred
- Exposure to AI-powered products or data-driven UX is a strong advantage
