Product Designer (UI/UX)

This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems in Figma.
• Design AI-powered products, dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, marketplaces, and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and developer handoff.
• Analyze user feedback and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI technologies, and modern product design practices

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and real business impact.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile apps.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• AI-assisted design workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Galileo AI, ..., or similar.
• AI-assisted research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design generation.
• Design-to-code workflows and developer collaboration.
• UX analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Mixpanel.
• Component-based design thinking and frontend awareness.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
• Motion design and micro-interactions (Lottie, Rive, Principle, or similar).
• Experience working on PropTech, FinTech, SaaS, marketplace, or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with Saudi/GCC digital products.
