About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX & Visual Design) to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end design experience across our digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive user journeys, designing elegant interfaces, and contributing to the visual language of our platform.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions that balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and final visual execution.
- Design user experiences and interfaces for web-based products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that effectively communicate design intent.
- Contribute to and evolve the visual design system, including typography, color, components, and layout standards.
- Produce visual and branding assets when needed (illustrations, icons, product visuals, presentations).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Participate in usability reviews and design iterations based on feedback and product insights.
- Prepare clear and structured design handoff documentation for engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent UI skills with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
- Experience designing for responsive web applications.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with design systems in a production environment.
- Basic knowledge of frontend development concepts (HTML/CSS, component-based frameworks).
- Experience in SaaS, AI-driven, or data-heavy products.
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
