Product Development & Time to Market Officer

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Detail new concepts with clear impact assessments on regulatory framework, operation cycle, and system impact.
• Consolidate Scope Document signoffs.
• Undergo the PAP approval process and secure local and regulatory approvals.
• Develop end-to-end delivery plans with clear milestones and activities.
• Understand customer needs and how products/propositions deliver value.
• Collaborate with marketing for product differentiation.
• Validate pre-set customer gains with the governance committee.
• Update assigned product documentation within the centralized repository.

Job Specifications

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business (Product development certification is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products & processes. 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
