Role & Responsibilities

We're hiring a Product Development Planning & Inventory Senior Specialist to ensure seamless planning across production, purchasing, and inventory operations.

Key responsibilities include planning manufacturing, delivery, and purchasing activities; coordinating with Sales to meet weekly demand; managing inventory levels while ensuring availability; issuing purchase orders and securing materials; monitoring production output and compliance reports; updating production plans when needed; and preparing operational reports.

Skills & Experience

Experience in production planning and inventory control is required. Background in cosmetics or personal care is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
