Product Development Specialist – Beauty & Cosmetics

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify emerging beauty trends, viral products, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
Develop creative product concepts inspired by global beauty trends, competitor launches, and changing customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and innovative ideas.
Explore new ingredients, textures, formulations, packaging concepts, and product experiences.
Turn trend insights and creative ideas into practical product development proposals.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on samples, product concepts, and development timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to bring innovative beauty and cosmetic products from concept to launch.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Development, or a related field.
Experience or strong exposure to beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or product development is preferred.
Excellent trend research skills and a strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer behavior.
A highly creative mindset with the ability to spot trends early and translate them into commercially appealing products.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
