Job Summary:
Multiples Management Consulting is seeking a Product Development Specialist with a strong focus on solutions development to support the design and delivery of holistic, integrated solutions for clients in the Saudi market. This role is responsible for planning, structuring, and developing client-ready solutions by coordinating inputs from multiple teams, including IT, Consulting, Knowledge, and other internal functions, to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of end-to-end client solutions, translating market and client needs into structured offerings.
- Plan and manage solution development initiatives, from concept through design and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Consulting, Knowledge Management, and others) to integrate capabilities into unified solutions.
- Conduct market and client needs analysis to ensure solutions are relevant.
- Develop solution roadmaps, value propositions, and implementation approaches.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality.
- Support pilot implementations and refine solutions based on feedback and performance.
- Document solution frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for reuse and scalability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in product development, solution design, or consulting-related roles.
- Strong experience in solutions development within consulting, professional services, or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to work across functions and align diverse inputs into coherent, client-ready solutions.
- Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working on projects in or for the Saudi market is highly preferred.
