Department : Aftersales
Purpose of the Role:
To own the commercial performance of all AGMC aftersales products across the network, covering service packages, extension packages, warranty products and insurance linked offers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead management: Own the lead pool for all aftersales products, built from package expiry lists, workshop visits, new vehicle deliveries and campaigns. Distribute leads to branches, set response and closure standards, and track conversion by branch, advisor and product.
- ASI program: Monitor and support the AGMC Service Inclusive program across all branches, covering pricing accuracy, eligibility rules, staff understanding and consistent application.
- Sales target and reporting: Carry a sales target for aftersales products including ASI, BSI, Allianz, QBE and DPP, and report progress on each program to management on a monthly basis.
- Product development: Design and launch new aftersales products, including pricing logic, margin structure, business case and launch plan.
- AI packages platform: Act as business owner for the rollout and running of the AI based packages platform, working opposite IT and the vendor on product rules, pricing engine, data accuracy, branch access and user training.
- Suppliers and partners: Manage product suppliers and insurance partners, and plan and execute joint campaigns with insurance companies alongside the marketing team.
- Warranty and Pitstop 360: Coordinate with the warranty team on coverage overlaps, claims handling and product boundaries, and plan the customer transfer strategy with Pitstop 360 (PITSTOP 360 is our multiband business).
- Campaigns and training: Coordinate package extension campaigns with the aftermarket and marketing teams, and deliver refresher training so Service Advisors and CRM staff can sell the products with confidence.
