Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to support production needs and engineering change requests.

• Manage and maintain manufacturing systems such as Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP, ensuring accurate process and material data.

• Support rack packaging design and implement improvements to enhance assembly efficiency.

• Lead and coordinate BOM and material change activities, ensuring smooth execution across cross-functional and global teams.

• Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and product quality.

• Drive and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities at the factory level, including product and process qualifications.

• Assist with internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.

• Ability to manage projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision.

• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
