Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Product Engineer to help define, promote, and deploy interface solutions on hardware-assisted acceleration with Veloce emulation and prototyping solutions at leading edge semiconductor and systems customers.
As a hardware-assisted verification solutions expert, you will be part of the worldwide Veloce experts team working with emulation and prototyping solutions for pre and post-silicon validation, verification, and software bring-up of industry's most complex SoC and FPGA designs using the latest advances in co-emulation technologies with Veloce VirtuaLAB-based solutions.
We are looking for strong leadership qualities and communication skills, deep technical design and verification knowledge, and drive. You will work with customers as a world leader in electronic design automation solutions, providing services for the world's largest electronics and semiconductor companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist applications engineers and customers with integration and debug of interface solutions in a hardware-assisted verification environment
- Create or support example designs for solutions that use QEMU-based test software
- Develop and deliver technical training presentations to the Siemens field team and customers focused on interface solutions targeting Veloce emulation and prototyping platforms
- Drive Veloce technology at various customers using hands-on technical expertise while working directly with customers to ensure technical results are met
- Promote technical customer service to build and improve customer relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team in a focused strategy to expand business opportunities
- Provide feedback and product ideas to solutions product development teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical obstacles while working closely with team members to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Communicate customers technical requirements to product marketing
- Assist other engineers in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions on multiple software products and hardware platforms
- Provide business and technical feedback to software and hardware vendors
- Create in-depth technical papers and presentations for customer management or technical conferences
- Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment and discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- Familiarity with Verilog and SystemVerilog
- Familiarity and prior use of QEMU in a test environment
- Understanding and use of one or more interface protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, AMBA-based protocols, or memory interface protocols
Preferred:
- Experience with and use of multimedia protocols such as CSI, DSI, HDMI, and DP
- Experience using the Protocol Analyzer tool available with VirtuaLab for Veloce emulation debug, or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing function such as application engineer from an emulation or prototype systems provider

Our Benefits & Rewards
The salary range for this position is
USD 23,900 to USD 47,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
