Description of Main Activities

Updating process and procedure policies.

Coordinate the implementation of the ECR's.

Support the smooth ramp-up of Lines start-up.

Action the analysis of customer /YAZAKI drawings.

MD & SAP data preparation & sharing in time for all phases according to project milestones.

Ensure BOM data accuracy & apply effective actions for correction.

Participate with the other department to resolve the non-compliance in terms of raw material.

Coordinate the DFM activity and follow-up for actions closure.

Participate in PFMEA Activities.

Participate in Productivity Improvement Activities.

Strive to implement improvement ideas affecting all business KPIs.

Procedures, the implementation of all work standards and rules related to ISO 45001 and the 5S.

Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR).

Undergoes & action any other Tasks given by the Management required for business needs within Relevant areas of responsibility & expertise.

Qualifications

-BSc. Engineering.

-13 Years of experience preferred in same industry.

-Good communication skills.

-Leadership and organizational skills.

Transportation

• Yazaki Egypt provides transportation to and from the plant through designated assembly points.
