Product Operations Lead

About Talents
Talents is an AI-powered marketplace connecting brands with creators, models, UGC creators, hosts, photographers, makeup artists, and other creative professionals across the MENA region.
Our MVP is in its final development stage and is expected to be ready within one week. We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to take ownership of execution, launch, and continuous product improvement.
Your Mission
You won't be starting from scratch.
Our AI Engineer has been building the platform over the past few weeks, and your mission is to help transform a completed MVP into a successful product by coordinating execution, improving user experience, and working closely with the founder on product and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of product initiatives after MVP completion.
- Coordinate with AI engineers, designers, and future developers.
- Own product planning, prioritization, and delivery.
- Improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with marketing to increase user acquisition and retention.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance.
- Build scalable operational processes as the company grows.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Product, Project, or Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Growth.
- Experience launching digital products or startups.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools.
- Experience with Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or similar tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with marketplaces.
- Experience with SaaS products.
- Background in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Familiarity with UX/UI.
- Experience with no-code and AI tools.
