Roles and responsibilities for Industrial segment sales in GCC
1) Business Development:
- Focus on expanding market share and increase revenue with current customer base
- Lead generation by Identifying potential customers, cold calling, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into sales.
- Conducting research to identify new market opportunities in GCC region for marine, oil and gas, construction & mining, fire-fighting and dewatering segment and analyse competitor products and strategies in these segments.
- Explore and develop new markets range of products
- Identify and assists to appoint relevant and efficient dealers and distributors in the territory to drive the business growth
- Assists develop and implement strategic marketing plan to enter new segments as mentioned above
- Building mutually beneficial relationships to foster long-term business success.
Focus segments Dewatering pump, Marine, Oil and Gas, Construction and Mining, firefighting etc.
2) Marketing:
- Support and plan marketing activities in order to increase market reach of our products
- Support in execution of participation in various customer events and exhibitions
- Market and competition knowledge
3) Order management:
- Know-how of complete sales cycle. Support preparation of quotations, order processing and co- ordination with cross functions, support sales admin, logistics team etc. in UAE and HO to achieve sales plans
- Coordinate and follow up with customer cross functions from securing order to execution
- Handle internal systems for order management
4) Drive aftermarket customer experience:
- Coordination with cross functions in regional office and HO to help resolve service issues quickly and enhance customer experience whenever required
- Work closely with aftermarket and application engineering during development of new applications
