Job Brief:

The Product Manager will oversee the commercial and technical success of the company's insulation product line. This role blends product expertise with strategic sales management ensuring that product performance, positioning, and customer engagement align with market demands. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and production teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from development to market launch and ongoing performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide technical support and product training to sales teams, distributors, and clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and pricing.
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to enhance product features and ensure quality compliance.
  • Prepare product datasheets, presentations, and promotional materials in coordination with marketing.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
  • Identify and develop new applications for insulation and HVAC products in target markets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 58 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical roles within theinsulation, HVAC, or building materialssector.
  • Strong technical understanding of insulation materials and their applications.
  • Proven ability to convert technical insights into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
