Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our [Cardiovascular / Oncology] 1st to market products in the Egyptian market.

Job Title: Product Manager – [Cardiovascular / Oncology]

Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans, brand positioning, and long-term growth strategies for the assigned portfolio.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis using tools like IMS Data to monitor the market and identify unmet medical needs.

• Product Launch & Lifecycle: Lead the successful launch of new innovative therapies.

• Sales Force Empowerment: Provide high-level scientific and marketing training to medical representatives and develop impactful promotional materials.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the specialized fields of [Cardiology / Oncology].

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the marketing budget (A&P) and provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure business objectives are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine is mandatory.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Direct experience in Cardiovascular and / or Oncology therapy areas is highly preferred.

• Location: Must be a resident of Cairo.

• Skills:

o Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

o Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

o Proven ability to work cross-functionally (Medical, Sales, and Regulatory).

• Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Post-grad: An MBA or a Professional Diploma in Marketing is a significant advantage.
