Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
* Support and train the sales team to ensure strong product knowledge and execution.
* Monitor product performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet or a relevant medical field.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience in the following specialties is required: Diabetes or Cardiovascular
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Excellent presentation and leadership abilities.
* High level of ownership, creativity, and result orientation.
