Product Manager | CFD Trading Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – CFD Trading Platform to drive the development and enhancement of MultiBank's flagship trading platform. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize high-impact features, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional trading experience to our global clients.

This role requires a product professional with a strong understanding of CFD trading, financial markets, and platform UX, capable of combining data-driven insights with user empathy and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the CFD trading platform.
• Enhance core trading flows such as order placement, search, and portfolio management.
• Drive feature expansion across asset classes and trading tools.
• Partner with engineering, design, dealing, and compliance to ship high-quality releases.
• Identify and deliver competitive enhancements (e.g., alerts, notifications, analytics).
• Translate user feedback and business needs into clear product specifications.
• Ensure all developments meet regulatory, technical, and quality standards.
• Support the Head of Product in building product processes and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in trading, CFD, or financial products.
• Proven experience delivering trading or investment platform features.
• Strong knowledge of market structure, execution flows, and dealing operations.
• Familiarity with MT5 or similar trading platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., CySEC, ASIC, VARA).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance speed and quality.
