Product Manager ChildRoo (Baby Sleep App)

ChildRoo is a baby sleep app helping parents teach healthy, science-based sleep habits. We're hiring a Product Manager to support and grow into leading our mobile app's design and development.
What you'll do
- Support the product vision, roadmap, and feature planning.
- Work closely with design and engineering to help ship high-quality features.
- Gather parent insights and help translate them into clear product requirements.
- Create simple prototypes/wireframes and assist in shaping the user experience.
- Monitor key product metrics (activation, retention, conversions).
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and product experiments.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in mobile product management or a related role (B2C preferred).
- Background in design and computer science is a strong plus.
- Good UX sense and basic technical understanding.
- Curious, data-driven, creative, and able to learn fast.
- Resilient and motivated to take ownership with guidance.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription-based mobile apps.
- Experience in health, wellness, or parenting products.
