Product Manager E-Commerce Retail

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Senior Product Manager E-Commerce Retail to lead the evolution of our omnichannel retail ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in connecting digital storefronts, physical retail operations, customer support systems, and social engagement platforms to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer journey.

You will own the product roadmap that enables smooth transitions from online discovery to in-store pickup, while ensuring a unified 360-degree view of the customer across commerce, CRM, support, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Unified Commerce Strategy:

  • Define and drive the roadmap for Click & Collect (BOPIS), Ship-from-Store, and unified loyalty programs across Magento and Oracle POS.

Headless Commerce Leadership:

  • Lead optimization of the digital storefront using Alokai (Vue Storefront) for high-performance, mobile-first experiences.

Customer Experience Integration:

  • Own integrations between the e-commerce platform and Freshdesk, enabling real-time visibility into order history and fulfilment status (via Vinculum OMS).

Order & Fulfilment Visibility:

  • Ensure seamless coordination between Magento, Vinculum OMS, and store operations to support complex order orchestration.

ORM & Social Engagement:

  • Implement Online Reputation Management (ORM) workflows using Hootsuite or similar platforms, translating social sentiment into product and CX improvements.

Data & Analytics Ownership:

  • Leverage GA4 and microservices-based data pipelines to track the full customer funnel and attribute social engagement to retail conversions.

CRM & Personalization:

  • Oversee customer data synchronization across web, store, and CRM platforms to enable segmentation, personalization, and post-purchase engagement.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver scalable, business-impacting product solutions.

Skills required:

  1. Product Management in high-volume retail or e-commerce
  2. Magento / Adobe Commerce (hands-on experience)
  3. Vinculum OMS or similar Order Management Systems
  4. Omnichannel retail (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, Unified Commerce)
  5. Headless commerce & frontend frameworks (Alokai / Vue Storefront)
  6. Microservices architecture & API integrations (REST / GraphQL)
  7. GA4 analytics and funnel performance tracking
  8. CRM integration and customer segmentation strategies
  9. Customer support platform integration (Freshdesk or similar)
  10. Social analytics & ORM tools (Hootsuite or equivalent)
  11. Oracle POS or retail store systems (functional understanding)
  12. Stakeholder management across IT, Marketing, and Retail Ops

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience: 810 Years
  • Industry: Consumer Electronics / Retail / Fashion Retail
  • Experience creating a single view of the customer across commerce, support, and social platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data insights into product features
  • Experience of working in consumer electronics or fashion retail environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex system integrations and middle-layer platforms
