About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Everyday Banking to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of everyday banking products within our digital banking platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing consumer banking products, including payments, transfers, account services, and digital banking features. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative digital banking experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

This role requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver scalable banking solutions aligned with market needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for everyday banking products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and expand digital banking capabilities.

Product Development

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

Customer Experience

  • Design and optimize customer journeys across mobile and digital banking platforms.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to improve product performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business teams to ensure alignment with banking regulations.

Performance & Growth

  • Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital banking services.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven experience managing banking or financial services products

Product Expertise

  • Strong understanding of everyday banking services, including:
  • Accounts and deposits
  • Payments and transfers
  • Digital banking channels
  • Customer onboarding

Product Management Skills

  • Experience defining product roadmaps and strategy
  • Strong experience managing the product development lifecycle

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in digital banking or fintech environments
  • Experience launching mobile banking or digital financial products
  • Familiarity with core banking systems and integrations
  • Experience working in Agile product environments
