Product Manager

Manage and enhance all SME lending products (Term Loans, OVD, Credit Line).

Design and launch new products/offers tailored to market needs.

Create supply chain/vendor programs and bundled offers (loans + acceptance + payroll).

Develop special lending programs (Islamic, EBRD, MSMEDA).

Build scoring-based lending models in coordination with Risk and IT.

Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Calculate break-even and profitability for each product.

Ensure full regulatory compliance and assess risk exposure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, IT, Marketing, Operations).

Leverage technology to develop digital-first lending solutions.

Communicate effectively to secure alignment and execution across all units.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SME Finance or Fintech).

Strong analytical, risk management, and communication skills.

Proven track record of launching and managing profitable lending products.

Deep understanding of digital financial services and regulatory frameworks.
