About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Product Manager Guest Service to join our Product Development team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Lead the end to end development of guest service digital products such as restaurant booking, spa booking, and kids club booking, ensuring alignment with operational, technical, and guest experience standards.
  • Draft comprehensive BRDs and detailed product specifications combining insights from service operations, guest journey mapping, UX research, and development teams.
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate product features and enhancements across multiple touchpoints including the website, mobile app, and on property digital channels. Partner with solution architects and technical leads to ensure requirements are feasible, scalable, and implemented in a high quality manner.
  • Translate hospitality service workflows and operational rules into intuitive, user friendly booking and scheduling experiences.

Tech & Development Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle from requirements refinement and architecture discussions to sprint planning, QA, and delivery.
  • Clearly articulate the what, why, and how of product decisions to ensure shared understanding between business and technical teams.
  • Understand and challenge technical trade offs, system constraints, API dependencies, and integration complexities with PMS, CRM, POS, and spa or restaurant management systems.
  • Champion agile, iterative delivery with strong alignment between product roadmaps and engineering capacity.

Vendor Management

  • Evaluate and shortlist third party vendors such as restaurant reservation systems, spa management platforms, and kids club software ensuring alignment with guest experience, operational workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, IT security, and integration teams during vendor onboarding, sandbox testing, and production rollout.
  • Oversee and validate platform integrations with resort systems including Opera Cloud, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and data platforms.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships to optimize performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison among internal teams including Food and Beverage, Spa and Wellness, Kids Club operations, Front Office, marketing, design, IT, and development.
  • Facilitate cross functional workshops to gather requirements, validate operational workflows, and ensure alignment between guest expectations and operational feasibility.
  • Present product updates, launch plans, and technical dependencies clearly to leadership.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with operational teams and engineering to refine direction and drive product improvements.

Customer & Player Experience Focus

  • Champion the guest perspective in all product decisions ensuring every interaction is frictionless, elegant, and in line with Wynn's luxury service standards.
  • Analyze guest behavior, operational feedback, and booking performance data to inform continuous enhancements.
  • Ensure booking experiences are intuitive, reliable, and seamlessly connected across all digital and on property channels

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in the hospitality guest facing product industry
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Use insights to guide product direction and maintain competitive edge
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape and stay current with hospitality guest facing updates and guidelines

Design & Analytics Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the guest facing journey
  • Coordinate with the analytics team to define KPIs and performance metrics for digital products
  • Use data insights to refine features, identify new opportunities, and ensure measurable impact

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Min of 5 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or guest customer services.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as gaming, finance, or healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of building and managing digital products or platforms (web and/or mobile)
  • Strong knowledge of technology driven products, and digital product lifecycles
  • Ability to write clear product specs and BRDs that detail what to build and how it should be implemented.
  • Familiarity with vendor evaluation, onboarding, and system integration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with design, development, tech implementation, marketing, analytics, and hotel operations teams
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, especially in customer facing or entertainment platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
  • Passion for creating engaging, compliant, and guest-centric gaming experiences
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Figma, Miro, Analytics dashboards)
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered product management, design, and analytics tools to increase efficiency, accelerate documentation, and improve decision-making.
