Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

The Product Owner at HALA is responsible for driving the delivery of secure, scalable fintech products by owning and prioritizing the product backlog in line with business goals. The role works closely with stakeholders, engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to translate product vision into clear user stories and deliver high-quality features through Agile execution. The Product Owner ensures continuous improvement by validating releases, monitoring performance, and adapting priorities based on feedback and data.

• Define and maintain aclear and prioritized product backlogaligned with product strategy and business goals.

• Translate product vision and roadmap intouser stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.

• Act as themain point of contactbetween stakeholders and the development team.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality features.

• Continuouslyrefine and prioritize backlog itemsbased on feedback, analytics, and changing business priorities.

• Participate insprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

• Validate completed work, ensuring it meetsdefinition of doneand delivers expected outcomes.

• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
