Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in building and scaling a new digital platform at the intersection of agriculture, finance, and technology. This is a rare opportunity to join a venture at an early stage, owning the product journey from concept through to execution while working directly with farmers, operational teams, lenders, and technology stakeholders across Dubai and Sudan.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience within a startup, scale-up, or early-stage product environment.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products, taking ideas from concept through to delivery and adoption.
• Strong experience gathering requirements directly from end users and translating real-world challenges into product solutions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed product decisions using user and operational data.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Sudan (approximately 2 weeks per month in each location).
• Experience within AgTech, Agri-Finance, FinTech, Development Finance, or emerging markets is highly desirable.
