Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Product Manager at HiveGate. The Product Manager will lead the product development process, define and prioritize product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure product alignment with user needs and company goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering comprehensive product requirements, analyzing data-driven insights, coordinating with developers and designers, and managing timelines. The Product Manager will also monitor product performance and oversee continuous improvements to enhance user engagement and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in product management, road-mapping, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and gathering user insights
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Background in AI, Edu-Tech, or related industries is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field
