The
Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational efficiency, and customer experience excellence. The role focuses on designing scalable, integrated logistics solutions across warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and e-commerce platforms (
including Shopify), while driving automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog for WMS & OMS aligned with business objectives
System Development & Delivery
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment
Warehouse Optimization
Improve warehouse operations including inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Order Management Efficiency
Optimize order lifecycle from capture to delivery and returns
Inventory Accuracy
Ensure real-time inventory visibility and accuracy across systems
System Integration & Performance
Manage integrations with third-party logistics, couriers, and marketplaces
Customer Experience Enhancement
Improve customer satisfaction through reliable order fulfillment and tracking
Cost Optimization
Identify efficiencies to reduce operational and logistics costs
Innovation & Automation
Drive automation initiatives in warehouse and order processing
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery
Minimum Requirements
Highest Academic/Vocational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or related field
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management
- At least 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce systems
- (WMS/OMS) and proven hands-on experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and system integrations
Language Spoken
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
