HR is evolving, and Technology is at the center of it.
We're looking for an HR Product Manager who can bridge the gap between HR expertise and technology innovation, someone who understands HR processes, speaks the language of IT, and can lead projects that transform the HR experience.
Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing HR's digital product strategy and roadmap by managing ongoing and future projects, and acting as the primary liaison between HR and IT.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and deliver HR digital product roadmaps, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Work with the GCHRO to prioritize projects and set a timeline for the department's digital transformation, and work with different HR teams to understand their needs, gather
requirements, and prioritize features.
3. Create user stories, develop scope documents, and provide direction throughout the full product lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery of HR digital products.
4. Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, and promptly address any issues or obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle.
5. Review and test deliverables, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that delivered features align with requirements, performance goals, and the Group's standards.
6. Provide HR team heads with regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clarity on goals, milestones, and deliverables.
7. Evaluate product success by gathering user feedback, informing continuous improvement efforts, and shaping future roadmap decisions.
8. Propose data-driven improvements and adjust the product roadmap based on feedback and performance.
9. Responsible for meeting or exceeding the established KPIs related to products completion and success.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in HR systems to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation.
11. Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements in the design, deployment, and management of HR digital products.
12. Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CT rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
13. Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
14. Ensure response to AML, CTF& sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Human Resources, or equivalent; recognized product or project management certifications (e.g., AIPMM,CSPO,
PMP) are beneficial.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in product management, project management, or HRIS/HR technology roles.
3. Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms, or HR digital product/project management.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and frameworks, as well as relevant data protection regulations.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for evaluating project viability and product performance.
8. Strong presentation skills.
9. Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English. Can produce requirement documents in clear, accurate and concise English.
10. Able to build partnerships and work wellin teams.
11. Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.
12. Ensure deliverables are always of a high-quality.
13. Able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
