Company Overview:

Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt's first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will support Khazna's product lines across the Egypt and/or Saudi applications. The role involves contributing to product discovery, defining detailed product requirements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and helping deliver impactful solutions that drive business and user outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Market & competitive intelligence. Conduct market and competitive analysis for your product line. Track competitor moves, identify openings, and recommend implications for your roadmap.
• Stakeholder management. Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Support, Risk, Credit, and Compliance. Bring stakeholders into discovery early, surface trade-offs clearly, and drive alignment on your work.
• Solution definition & design. Translate validated customer problems into clear, complete PRDs. Partner with Design on user experience and with Engineering on technical approach. Validate the riskiest assumptions through prototypes, usability tests, and data dives before solutions move into build.

• Product strategy & roadmap: Support product strategy and roadmap planning, helping translate business goals into product outcomes and prioritization decisions.
• Customer discovery & research: Support customer discovery efforts to better understand customers, progressively taking ownership of interviews, usability testing, field visits, and insight generation.
• Data-driven decisions. Leverage data to better understand customer behavior and support product decisions. Over time, develop the ability to validate hypotheses, identify insights, and partner with the data team to inform prioritization and trade-off discussions.
• Go-to-market & launch. Support the planning and execution of product launches. Work closely with cross-functional teams on rollout and adoption, with the opportunity to take full ownership of launch strategy and execution as you grow in the role.
• Performance & iteration. Track the KPIs that matter for your product line. Read the data, talk to users who adopted and those who didn't, and iterate quickly, killing what doesn't work and doubling down on what does.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of launching and shipping consumer digital products.
• User-centric and outcome-oriented, with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, BNPL, or cards is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian market, customers, and regulatory environment. KSA exposure is a plus.
• Eager to grow your discovery and data toolkit.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
