The Role:
We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to own the end-to-end development and delivery of innovative products that power Holo's growth in the KSA market. This isn't a spec writer role - you'll be the driving force behind solving real customer problems, working hands-on with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to ship products that move the needle.
You'll thrive here if you're scrappy, deeply curious, and relentlessly proactive. You should love getting into the weeds, testing and learning fast, and sweating the details to ensure your product succeeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery in KSA across stakeholders, mortgage managers, customer segments, and banking partners to understand local user behaviors and regulatory requirements
- Translate KSA business needs into clear product requirements, flows, and acceptance criteria for both the UAE and future KSA engineering teams
- Manage localized enhancements across Holo product suite, including automated workflow, and banking/real estate system deltas
- Act as the product liaison for KSA partner integrations, government services, banking APIs, and any region-specific compliance needs
- Support the launch of new features, product experiments, and workflows tailored to KSA performance targets and operational processes
- Monitor product adoption, success metrics, and feedback loops to continuously refine KSA-specific experiences
- Ensure strong communication and coordination between Dubai HQ and emerging KSA product/tech functions
What We're Looking For:
- English and Arabic language fluency
- Must be willing to travel to UAE monthly
- 3+ years of product management experience (we care more about impact and ownership than strict years)
- Proven ability to ship successful products, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments like startups or scale-ups
- Strong track record of working directly with engineers and designers to bring complex products to market
- Highly proactive and self-directed: you identify problems and present solutions to them without waiting to be asked.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to run experiments, dig into data, or help test a release
- Excellent communication skills - you can influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and write clearly and concisely
- Data-driven mindset but equally comfortable balancing qualitative insights and intuition
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Bonus: experience in proptech, fintech, or other marketplaces
