Role: Product Manager
Location: Dubai
Contract Duration: 6 Months Renewable Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute UAT test cases for Alexa+ features targeting Saudi users
- Validate end-to-end customer experience (CX) flows and identify usability gaps
- Provide culturally relevant feedback for Saudi/Najdi Arabic users
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and localization teams to resolve issues
- Track defects, testing status, and support launch readiness activities
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management, QA, UAT, or CX Validation
- Najdi Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
- Experience in test case creation and structured testing
- Understanding of Saudi customer expectations and digital behavior
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools is preferred
Preferred
- Experience with AI/Voice products or consumer technology
- Exposure to localization/internationalization testing
- Knowledge of product launch and readiness processes
