Job Purpose
leading the evolution of our Ride-Hailing SaaS platform for both B2C and B2B markets. This role combines ownership of the current operational product with driving the development of a next-generation, technology-driven platform that enhances mobility services and expands market reach. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ride-hailing, digital platforms, and tech innovation, translating business strategy into scalable, user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the current ride-hailing product, ensuring stability, performance, and high customer satisfaction across B2C and B2B users.
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the next-generation platform, aligning with business objectives and emerging market needs.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact, scalable features.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility across multiple products.
- Engage directly with B2B clients to understand operational requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; iterate and enhance features based on insights and feedback.
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and localization across regions and customer segments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, transportation, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven success managing live products while simultaneously developing new solutions.
- Strong understanding of ride-hailing business models, dispatch systems, fleet management, and mobility tech trends.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical background or experience closely collaborating with engineering teams is a plus.
- Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and third-party API ecosystems.
