Product Manager

LONGMAX is driving the global transition toward smarter and more flexible energy solutions. With 20+ years of experience in green power and green mobility, we are expanding our product portfolio and looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and market growth.

You will work closely with R&D, sales, and global teams to transform market insights into competitive products that empower projects worldwide.

Product Strategy

• Define product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Drive product positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

Market & Customer Insights

• Conduct global market research across renewable energy, PV, storage, and power solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into product improvements and new opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to accelerate product development.
• Support product launches, technical materials, and global marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or related industries.
• Strong market analysis and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
