Role Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for executing and refining strategic product initiatives as a crucial role in the product development process within Majid Al Futtaim Retail Digital, conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive products, playing a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap.
ROLE PROFILE
- Executing and refining the respective product vision and strategy for MAF Retail digital.
- Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and discovery to implementation.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Informed decision making based on data analysis, product discovery, and various product testing strategies like AB, MVT etc.
- Ensure product discovery and data analysis to elevate business metrics and positive ROI.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, design and business teams.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation and user guides
- Perform regular audit of various processes for the Product & Design function to identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- at least 5 years of proven experience in product management within a tech or e-commerce company is highly desirable
- Experience and expertise in customer domain especially Loyalty, subscription program is preferable.
- Preferably 2+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry
- Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and technologies.
