The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, lifecycle management, and commercial success of assigned medical device product lines. This role bridges clinical, marketing, sales, and regulatory functions to ensure effective product positioning, strong market adoption, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Portfolio Management
- Own the full product lifecycle from launch to phase-out.
- Develop and execute annual product strategies and business plans.
- Define product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation.
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution
- Lead product launches, including messaging, training, and promotional tools.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content).
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
- Support key accounts, workshops, and clinical events as needed.
Sales Enablement
- Train sales teams on product features, clinical benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Provide field support during key customer meetings and tenders.
- Develop pricing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Clinical & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
- Gather voice-of-customer feedback to guide product strategy.
- Support clinical evaluations, trials, and evidence generation when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Forecast demand and support inventory planning.
Skills, Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Pharma, Science or Similar.
- 6-8 years of experience in the medical field
