Product Manager Mobile B2C (Health & Fitness)

About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own a consumer mobile product in the health & fitness space. You'll lead product strategy, drive the roadmap, and run the end-to-end product process from user research and UX/design to engineering delivery and data-driven optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a design + computer science background who's creative, resilient, and obsessed with delivering measurable user and business outcomes.
What you'll own
- Full product ownership for the mobile app (iOS & Android): vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, analytics, marketing) to launch features and experiments.
- Translate user problems into product solutions wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes.
- Define, track and improve key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, conversion, LTV).
- Run user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and prioritize work.
- Work closely with growth & marketing to convert installs into active/paid users.
- Ensure product quality and user experience through design reviews and sprint demos.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product process and culture.
Must-have (required)
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager for consumer mobile apps (B2C), ideally in health, fitness, wellness, or adjacent consumer verticals.
- Education or strong background combining Design (UX/Interaction/Visual) and Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong product sense and UX skills can sketch flows, build simple prototypes (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD).
- Technical fluency: able to discuss architecture, tradeoffs, APIs, and work directly with engineers (knowledge of native/React Native/Flutter a plus).
- Data-driven: comfortable with analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA), defining experiment design and interpreting results.
- Proven track record shipping mobile product features end-to-end and driving measurable impact.
- Creative problem solver, resilient under ambiguity, and able to drive results through influence.
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English
Nice-to-have
- Experience with subscription/monetization models and mobile payments.
- Background in behavior change, coaching, or applied psychology related to health & fitness.
- Experience with mobile growth strategies: ASO, push, onboarding optimization, referral loops.
- Familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices (MENA experience a plus).
