Job Summary
In this role, you'll play a central part in turning bold ideas into high-performing real estate products that align with MERED's vision and evolving market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs.
Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real estate market.
Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features.
Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements.
Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
Ensuring that design and construction comply with the approved product concept and quality standards by reviewing and providing recommendations.
Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information.
Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects.
Who You Are:
You're strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you're comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.
You've spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
You have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
