We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of home appliance products, from concept through launch and post-release optimization. You will own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer insights into compelling, compliant, and profitable products.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Build data-driven business cases and own product P&L, including pricing, margin targets, and cost analysis.
- Trends analysis of a wide range of country footprints in KSA.
- Propose product lineups through downstream logic building.
- Plan and execute through distributors the product & marketing related initiatives e.g., price comparison, supporting consumer research, display execution, value chain pricing, etc.
- Work with product, sales, marketing and logistics team to ensure all projects are aligned with the guidelines and executed within the timelines.
- Help the sales management in creation of sales plan and channel penetration plan.
- Work closely with distributor's team for all marketing and channel initiatives.
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the channel and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Review inventory levels and ensure product availability in all channels.
- Track sell-out data in each of the channels and report periodically.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as product manager for at least 3 years in the home appliances industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience with pricing, margin management, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
