Role Description
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define the product vision and strategy for both the mobile app and website.
- Conduct market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Develop a product roadmap that outlines key features, improvements, and milestones.
2.Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, designers, marketing teams, and customer support.
- Align product goals with business objectives and ensure clear communication between teams.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
3.User-Centered Design and Development:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the user experience is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with user needs.
- Gather feedback from users through surveys, interviews, and data analytics to inform product decisions.
- Ensure that user feedback is integrated into development and feature prioritization.
4.Project Management and Execution:
- Define clear requirements for new features and ensure that the product development team understands them.
- Manage timelines, allocate resources, and keep projects on track.
- Coordinate the development, testing, and launch phases, working closely with the engineering team.
5.Metrics and Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app and website (e.g., user engagement, conversion rates, user retention).
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
6.Launch and Post-Launch Management:
- Oversee the launch of new features, products, or updates.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, including communication strategies for app store listings and website promotions.
- Collect post-launch feedback and performance data to ensure that the product is meeting user expectations and business objectives.
7.Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze issues such as bugs, user complaints, or product flaws and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- Drive continuous iteration and improvement to enhance the app and website based on evolving market demands and user feedback.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile apps and/or web platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns, responsive design, and cross-platform development.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mix panel, Amplitude, Firebase).
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end.
