Who are we

noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

About B2B:

B2B is a new Marketplace business at Noon and part of the new startups we are planning to start in the noon group.

B2B marketplace platform targeting enterprise customers in UAE and KSA. The platform will digitize the traditional procurement process across 8 vertical markets, offering a seamless online purchasing experience with credit facilities, bulk ordering, and Request for Quote (RFQ) capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape product areas within a newly launched B2B marketplace, supporting multiple product categories from day one.
  • Deeply understand a new B2B customer base and translate their needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Use data to drive product decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define, monitor, and act on key business and product KPIs, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives, balancing customer needs, operational constraints, and commercial goals.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within e-commerce, marketplace, or B2B products.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using BigQuery (BQ) or similar data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, early-stage product environments and help shape both the product and ways of working.
  • Solid understanding of business metrics, growth levers, and product performance measurement.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly learn new business models and customer segments.
  • Ownership mentality with a strong bias toward action and decision-making.
