Product Manager, Personal Loan

Role Summary

This role is responsible for theend-to-end lending product lifecycle, including product strategy, risk and pricing design, customer journey optimization, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate hasdeep hands-on experience in consumer lending products, a strong understanding ofcredit risk, andexcellent English communication skillsto work effectively with engineering, risk, compliance, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own theend-to-end product lifecycleof the lending product, from ideation to launch and iteration

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and risk objectives

• Continuously optimize product performance across conversion, and profitability

Credit & Risk Collaboration

• Work closely withRisk and Data teamsto design and enhance:

  • Credit decision logic

  • Pricing and limit strategies

  • Eligibility and downgrade / upgrade flows

• Monitor portfolio performance and drive data-driven improvements

Product Design & Delivery

• Lead requirements definition including PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate withEngineeringto deliver scalable, compliant, and reliable solutions

• Partner withOperations and Collectionsto ensure smooth post-disbursement and repayment journeys

Compliance & Market Alignment

• Ensure product design complies withUAE regulatory and compliance requirements

• Align product features with local market practices and customer expectations

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders

• Present product updates, performance insights, and proposals clearly inEnglish

• Support leadership decision-making with structured analysis and recommendations

Qualifications

ؠ 5+ years of experienceas a Product Manager inconsumer lending / credit products

ؠ Excellent English communication skills(written and spoken)

ؠ Proven ability to work withrisk, engineering, and data teams

ؠ Experience writing clear PRDs and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment
