Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (10 years of product experience) to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for one or more strategic product lines. The ideal candidate champions user-centered solutions, drives cross-functional alignment, and delivers measurable business impact through data-informed roadmaps and strong execution
Key responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and vision: define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Roadmap ownership: develop, prioritize, and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and business KPIs.
- Define requirements: write clear product requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories; collaborate with design and engineering to translate needs into usable features.
- Cross-functional leadership: lead and influence engineering, UX, data, marketing, sales and customer success to deliver on roadmap commitments without direct authority.
- Go-to-market and launch: coordinate go-to-market plans, pricing, enablement, and post-launch monitoring; ensure smooth rollouts and adoption.
- Customer and market insight: conduct customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis and use quantitative signals to discover opportunities and validate solutions.
- Metrics and ROI: define success metrics, run experiments/A-B tests, analyze results, and iterate; own P&L or revenue outcomes where applicable.
- Mentorship and team growth: mentor more junior PMs, help hire and scale the product function, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–12 years of product management or related experience with a proven track record of shipping successful.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, design or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Technical fluency: ability to work comfortably with engineering teams; experience with APIs, web/mobile products, and data-driven features. Not necessarily coding, but capable of understanding trade-offs and technical constraints.
- Product skills: strong sense of prioritization, roadmapping, requirement writing, wireframing familiarity, and experience running discovery/validation cycles.
- Data skills: proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker/Redshift/BigQuery) and comfortable defining and tracking KPIs.
- Leadership & communication: excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to executives and stakeholders; strong cross-functional influencing.
- User focus: demonstrated user empathy and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Results-oriented: track record of driving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, engagement, retention, cost reduction, etc.).
