Job Description

Department: Data Insights & Artificial Intelligence, Digital & Technology Platform Services

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager-Reporting P&C, New Bus., to lead the end-to-end product management of BI reporting products across People & Culture, New Business, and selected strategic reporting initiatives. The role ensures that reporting products are aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable value, provide a high-quality user experience, and are adopted effectively by business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic enterprise reporting initiatives, including EDGE transformation, Enterprise Reporting Transformation, and data quality improvement, ensuring that reporting products are reliable, scalable, cost-effective, and fit for business decision-making.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the product management of key reporting projects, ensuring quality deliverables, alignment with business needs and end-user satisfaction.
  • Bridge business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficiency in product management aspects
  • Partner with the business from idea generation to realization and subsequent exploitation, through the Reporting Centre of Excellence and utilizing Reporting Factory Services
  • Conduct strategic research, and work with key stakeholders across business, DTPS and external partners to develop and convey product vision
  • Translate business requirements and processes into solutions initiatives
  • Ensure full product lifecycle perspective and system thinking – from idea generation till post deployment, balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals
  • Work with project teams to deliver and sustain the end-to-end product experience

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

  • 5+ years relevant operational experience in BI Reporting area, with a focus on Commercial or HR reporting
  • Service design experience
  • Successfully completed full project cycle for Key Strategic or Group Projects
  • University Degree in a relevant area
  • Strong project management skills; relevant qualifications and certifications in the area of Project Management, Agile /Scrum, SAFe for Product Owner/Product Manager is considered an advantage.
  • Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration
  • Qualifications and certifications in BI Reporting products (especially PowerBI).Strong knowledge and experience with MS Azure, ServiceNow, DevOps is considered an advantage.
  • Strong FMCG business process knowledge in the area of Finance and/or HR reporting and relevant data sources (e.g. SAP ERP, S/4 Hana, SAP BW)
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency
