Product Manager (Sales Function)

Job Summary

The Product Manager (Sales Function) drives the market growth, profitability, and strategy for an assigned portfolio of Enterprise Cybersecurity products and technical services. Situated within a distributor environment, this role combines strategic product management with direct sales enablement. Responsibilities include defining go-to-market pricing, evaluating vendor/partner relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to structure winning commercial solutions and ensure high-quality product delivery.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy & Portfolio Growth: Manage and expand the cybersecurity product and services portfolio, driving market share, operational efficiency, and overall profitability through strategic pricing and continuous feature/service enhancements.

• Sales Enablement & Deal Structuring: Support the sales team in winning and retaining clients by designing competitive pricing structures, non-standard commercial terms, and customized Solution/SLA packages.

• Market Intelligence & Planning: Analyze cybersecurity market conditions and conduct field research through client visits to deliver critical insights for executive medium- and long-term business planning.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate potential technology vendor and channel partner alliances to enhance the product ecosystem and market reach.

• Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate closely with Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure reliable, high-quality product fulfillment and post-sales support mechanisms.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Candidates without an IT qualification are welcome if they possess 2-3 years of proven sales experience.

• A strong sales track record in computer networks and IT security, alongside prior experience in a distributor environment, is highly advantageous.
