Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

- Manage the implementation of new Samsung Wallet features.

- Develop project plans, define timelines, and set milestones.

- Track progress with internal teams (Tech, Security, QA, Product, UX).

- Manage risks and issues and ensure effective mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with technical, security, and wallet-related standards.

2. Technical Coordination

- Understand the technical architecture of Wallet APIs and pass file formats (PKPASS / JSON / Barcode specifications).

- Coordinate with development teams to clarify technical requirements and remove blockers.

- Review partner technical documentation to validate integration feasibility.

- Conduct UAT and validate partner passes before launch.

3. Partnerships & Business Enablement

- Manage relationships with airlines, ticketing companies, cinemas, loyalty programs, and other partners.

- Provide on boarding requirements and guide partners through the integration steps.

- Negotiate engagement models, SLAs, and data-sharing requirements.

- Monitor partner performance post-launch and enhance the experience.

4. Process Management

- Build end-to-end processes for each feature category.

- Document integration processes and operational flows.

- Create guidelines to ensure uniformity in partner pass design and issuance.

- Improve pass quality and reduce failures in delivery or rendering.

5. Data & Performance Monitoring

- Analyze usage data to understand feature adoption and performance.

- Track recurring issues and develop technical improvements with Product & Engineering.

- Prepare monthly performance reports for partners and wallet features.

6. Compliance & Security

- Ensure alignment with Samsung Wallet information security standards.

- Ensure partners comply with privacy and data-handling requirements.

- Coordinate with security teams to assess and resolve risks before launch.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with marketing teams for partner launch campaigns.

-Coordinate with operations and support teams to resolve escalations related to passes.

- Provide market and partner insights to enhance the product roadmap.

Job requirements:

- 9-11 years of experience in Product Management with minimum 6 years of Fintech experience.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

- Business Development & Partnerships Management.
