Product Manager - 6 Months Extendable Contract - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Product Manager to act as the strategic bridge between business functions/service lines and the technology team. This role will shape product vision, align priorities, and drive the delivery of innovative, business-critical technology solutions.
You will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight, ensuring our products meet business needs and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring clarity on vision, goals, and priorities.
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Facilitate prioritisation and decision-making to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch and iteration, leveraging Agile principles.
- Champion continuous improvement in product delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning business needs into successful products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at senior levels across business and technology.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to combine strategic insight with operational execution.
