About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Tax Agents to lead the development of Power Platform applications and AI-powered tax agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, AI architects, and global stakeholders to design and deliver intelligent agent solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and workflow efficiency across tax platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Microsoft Power Platform applications and AI-driven agents
• Define product requirements, user stories, and prioritization
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows and solutions
• Partner with engineering teams for successful delivery

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as primary liaison for U.S.-based stakeholders
• Drive roadmap discussions and requirement alignment
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines

AI Agent Enablement

• Drive adoption of AI-powered automation in tax workflows
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems

Product Governance

• Manage backlog and roadmap
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning
• Align product vision with execution and business value

Required Qualifications

• 7–12 years in Product Management / Product Enablement
• Experience with enterprise software platforms
• Exposure to AI-driven applications or automation tools
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global/U.S. stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems
• Background in SaaS or professional services platforms
• Understanding of workflow automation and AI orchestration
• Experience working with AI/ML or data engineering teams
