Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Professional Certifications & Training
Candidates should possess relevant professional certifications and/or specialized training in one or more of the following areas:

- Digital product development, solution design, and delivery.
- User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
- Digital platforms, digital transactions, and service reliability.
