About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to lead the development and growth of value-added services within our digital banking ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional financial and lifestyle services such as bill payments, rewards programs, subscriptions, digital services, and partnerships.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external partners to deliver innovative services that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VAS offerings.
- Identify new opportunities for value-added services that enhance the digital banking ecosystem.
Product Development
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Define product requirements and work closely with engineering teams for implementation.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Identify and manage partnerships with external service providers.
- Integrate third-party services into the digital banking platform.
Customer Experience
- Design seamless user journeys for VAS offerings across mobile and digital banking platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback and product performance to improve adoption and engagement.
Performance & Growth
- Monitor product KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
- Identify revenue opportunities and optimize monetization strategies.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management
- Experience managing digital products or financial services platforms
Product Expertise
- Strong understanding of value-added services ecosystems, including:
- Digital payments
- Rewards and loyalty programs
- Subscription services
- Lifestyle integrations
Product Management Skills
- Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps
- Strong experience managing product lifecycle and feature delivery
