Role Description The Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading the life cycle of skin and hair care products from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. Day-to-day, the Product Manager will conduct market and consumer research, define product requirements, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure timely development and commercialization. The role includes analyzing product performance, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying opportunities to improve formulations, packaging, pricing, and positioning. The Product Manager will prepare product forecasts, support promotional plans, and provide training materials and product information to commercial teams. This role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to strategic planning for the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong product management and project management skills, including experience overseeing product life cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, or FMCG industries, particularly in skin and hair care, is highly beneficial.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical information into clear messages.
• Experience working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to drive product development and launch activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using digital tools and software for analysis, reporting, and collaboration; familiarity with product management or CRM systems is an advantage.
