Job Description
We seek a Product Manager to shape and execute Sai's product roadmap, identify new features and improvements through customer insight and market research, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure Sai meets both business goals and enterprise client needs.
The Product Manager will prioritize features, write clear specifications, define acceptance criteria, track key metrics, gather and analyze user insights, and drive the end-to-end implementation of new capabilities that enhance agent performance, reliability, and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews, product research, and performance analysis to identify new features and improvements for Sai's platform.
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with Seqoon's goals and Sai's commercial and technical roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering and design to prioritize features, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the sales and business teams to define and track product KPIs, using data to guide roadmap decisions.
- Regularly gather and analyze usage data, call transcripts, and user insights to refine and improve the product.
- Monitor the competitive landscape across global AI voice and chat platforms and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Communicate product updates, launches, and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Serve as a product expert for Sai, supporting internal teams with clarity, documentation, and product knowledge.
- Drive the implementation of new features and product improvements, ensuring timely and high-quality execution with engineering.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sai's users, industries, and operational workflows to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- Experience with real-time systems, voice technology, AI products, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage ambiguity, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for building intelligent, user-centric products that solve real business problems.
